    Shifts, age limits, and attire

We offer 2 and 4 hour shift times. While we so appreciate any time you are willing to give us, It is a priority that we fill as many of our 4 hour shifts as possible. So please consider a 4 hour shift if you are able! You may also choose multiple shift times each day. While Sep. 18th and 19th are our official event days, we will need volunteer assistance on Sep. 17th to set up and on Sep. 20th to take down as well. Volunteers must be at least 16 yrs old to volunteer. Volunteers ages 16-17 will need parental permission to participate. A volunteer waiver will be sent to parents. If you are volunteering on Faire days ( Friday and Saturday) we ask that you please come dressed up to add to the theme/ambiance of the event. Acceptable attire include, medieval, renaissance, viking, pirate, or fantasy attire. You don’t need a big, expensive costume to participate, simple themed attire is acceptable! Street clothes are acceptable for volunteers shifts on the 17th and 20th. If you have questions that are not answered here you can reach out to us at tooelerenfaire@gmail.com
